For specific how-to information, please see the second video below. This very helpful video takes you through the steps of setting up a gmail account (if you don't already have one), setting up Google+ and then setting up Google Hangouts.
Now How to Hangout?
Now that you have things up and running, now is the time to start a Hangout or join a Hangout.
A couple special notes:
- You can invite a phone participant to hang out.
- "There's an app for that"
- Did I mention that it is free, free, free. Gotta like that.
